10 session package:
10 hypnotherapy sessions to be taken within 20 weeks of first
session.

5 session package:
5 hypnotherapy session to be taken within 10 weeks of first session

Policy for re-scheduling a session: Please give
a minimum of 24 hours notice or you forfeit your session.

Please note that Transformational Hypnotherapy
does not claim to replace medications or cure medical conditions. Consult
your M.D. for advice
on these matters.

Fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable
